Project RED

(BEST VIEWED USING INTERNET EXPLORER)

HEY HO!
This is technically the second project of project bake!
But it's actually our first baking project (:

It's titled project RED because of two reasons!
Firstly, because it's Chinese New Year soon and the first goodies we've baked in celebration of that are almond crisps!

Here are the almond crisps(:

Pictures of packaging, the 40 pieces and 60 pieces!

Secondly, it's named project RED because Chinese New Year falls on 14 febuary this year, which is also Valentine's Day (:
So we decided to introduce cheesecakes that we've baked too!

There will be Nutella cheesecake, Peach cheesecake and Strawberry cheesecake!

Nutella cheesecake!

It is approximately 26 cm wide, with a chocolate oat base and plain cheesecake middle, with nutella cheesecake as the final layer!
Topping of nutella glaze is available!

The strawberry one

The cheesecake is 22 cm wide, with fruits topping it and a layer of jelly (:

We also baked strawberry and peach cheesecakes in squares in the form of jelly hearts!
It looks like this:
(this is the peach one)

The measurement of each slice is 5.5cm by 5.5cm by 4.5cm!
