PROJECT CHOCOLATE

HELLO everyone!

Chinese new year and valentine's day are finally here!
Zoe and I are both so relieved, cos we're kindof sick of churning out almond crisps after almond crisps!
haha!


So here's a mini update about our next project!
Zoe and my friends have been commenting on how we should try out chocolate related goodies and other kinds of cakes!

HENCE our next project is called project chocolate! (:
This project includes choclate brownies and choclate molten cupcakes.
(I am a big fan of chocolate, so i'm already drooling while typing this out. heh.)

Here are the chocolate molten cupcakes:

























Above would be the one with nutella topping, while below's cupcake is coated with chocolate ganache!
you can choose ((:

The difference between the toppings would be that the nutella one is slightly sweeter and more runny, while the chocolate ganache is richer and stiffer!

Pictures of the CHOCOLATE Brownies will be coming up really soon!
We're still tweaking the recipe to make it perfect! ((:
